The wines of the Indication Géographique Protégée (IGP) Isle of Beauty reveal their full originality during the blending of traditional Corsican grape varieties with newly planted Mediterranean ones. These cuvées stand out for their balance, generosity, as well as their typicality and finesse.
Tasting note:
Appearance: Pale yellow with green reflections.
Nose: Very expressive and complex, it combines notes of white-fleshed fruits, lime, and passion fruit.
Palate: The palate is fresh at the onset, with a rich mid-palate. Floral and exotic aromas from the nose are perceived. The long and indulgent finish is dominated by citrus notes.
Food pairing :
- Service temperature: 10-12°C
- This wine will be perfect as an appetizer to start, and it can also accompany subtle starters such as sushi or fish tartare. It can also be enjoyed with fine charcuterie or aged cheeses.
