These cuvées stand out for their balance, generosity, as well as their typicality and finesse.
Tasting notes
Colour: Raspberry pink rosé with a beautiful shine.
Nose : An explosion of small red fruits, tangy notes, and citrus, enhanced by delicate fragrances of fine spices.
Palate : A delightful wine that balances between straightforwardness and indulgence. Ripe red fruits (strawberry, raspberry) fully express themselves on the palate, giving way to a fresh and persistent finish. Notes of grapefruit and candied citrus add length to this cuvée.
Pairing food :
Service temperature : 10-12°C Truly the wine for all convivial and shared moments. It will be appreciated from the aperitif to the end of the meal. Ideal with southern dishes, seafood, or lightly aged fresh cheeses.
