Nose: A toasted, almost brioche-like nose, which then reveals lovely citrus notes
Palate: The palate unfolds with opulent roundness, revealing delicate notes of vanilla. Its remarkable persistence is accentuated by an acidity that brings both tension and harmony. The indulgence merges with finesse, creating an elegant and complex cuvée, centered on pleasure and the exceptional aromatic expression of Vermentino.
